The Efficiency Tools are a unique collection of useful helpers to speed up your work in Microsoft PowerPoint, be it the alignment, sizing or formatting of shapes, or, for example, attaching a set of selected slides to an email with a single click.


The buttons on the left side of the "Efficiency Tools" toolbar may look familiar, and in fact, they do similar things as the Microsoft originals - just in a more intelligent way. You can now control very easily how shapes are aligned relative to a reference shape - that is what we call the 'Master Shape Concept'.
This same concept also works for aligning sizes of shapes or angles of process arrows. It has never been easier to precisely align shapes and make your slides look professional in a blink.
How many times did you have to adjust indents manually in the past because the spacing wasn't right for the selected font size? With the 'Beautify indents' function this is history, it automatically optimizes the indent spacing based on the font size used.
When it comes to spell checking, Microsoft PowerPoint doesn't provide easy means to set the language for a set of slides or even the complete presentation. Efficient Elements for presentations does just that for you, and you can even customize which language buttons you need on the toolbar.

'My Elements' allows you to store and manage your own favorite and frequently used PowerPoint elements in a menu structure, much like favorites in your web browser.

The 'Agenda Wizard' helps you structure your presentations by adding agenda slides between topics. Easily create and update agenda slides using a convenient dialog that allows you to specify a speaker and a duration for each agenda item. If you need to adjust your agenda later on, the time slots will automatically be recalculated and all agenda slides will be updated accordingly.

The 'Shortcuts' toolbar offers quick access to useful and frequently needed PowerPoint functions normally somewhat hidden in PowerPoint.
